De heer Ahmad Abdul Rahman Al-Sa'adi is Senior Vice President-Technical Services bij Saudi Arabian Oil Co. en voorzitter bij Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Co. Ltd. Hij zit in de Raad van Bestuur van het National Industrial Clusters Development Program. De heer Al-Sa'adi was voorheen werkzaam als President & Chief Executive Officer bij Aramco Gulf Operations Co. Ltd. Hij behaalde zijn doctorale graad aan de King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
