Andrzej Andraczke is Chief Executive Officer of Pol-Tex Holdings LLC and Chief Technology Officer for Syntech LLC.

He is also on the board of CNS Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Mr. Andraczke previously held the position of Vice President of Pol-Tex Methane Sp zoo.

He received a graduate degree from Warsaw University of Technology.
