Mr. Thakrar previously held the position of President & Chief Operating Officer at Soane Energy LLC, Chief Executive Officer for Segetis, Inc., Vice President for Cytec Industries, Inc. and Principal at Rohm & Haas Co.

Mr. Thakrar received an undergraduate degree from The University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
