Benjamin Yi founded Dundee Corp. Mr. Yi is Executive Chairman for Riot Blockchain, Inc. Mr. Yi is also on the board of Grosvenor CPC I, Inc. and Member of CFA Society Toronto.

In the past Mr. Yi held the position of Corporate Development & IR at IOU Financial, Inc. and Investment Analyst at Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel, Inc.

Benjamin Yi received an undergraduate degree from Trinity College (Canada) and a graduate degree from Rotman School of Management.
