In the past Dr. Schlobohm held the position of Managing Director at QS Communication Verwaltungs Service GmbH, Managing Director at Spaceline Communciation Service GmbH, Chairman-Supervisory Board at INFO Gesellschaft für Informationssysteme Aktiengesellschaft and Vice President-Engineering & Technology at Thyssen Telecom AG.

He received a graduate degree from Bremen University of Applied Sciences and a doctorate from the University of Bremen.
