In the past he held the position of Head-Sequoia Professional Services at Sequoia Financial Group Ltd. and Co-Managing Director at Interprac Pty Ltd. (a subsidiary of Sequoia Financial Group Ltd.).

Mr. Jones received an undergraduate degree from Monash University.
