Chaim K. Katzman is an Israeli entrepreneur and businessperson who founded 5 companies, including: Equity One, Inc., G City Ltd. and USA Real Estate Investment Trust (California) and who has been the head of 11 different companies. Presently, Mr. Katzman is Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Norstar Holdings, Inc. and Chairman for Citycon Oyj, Chairman at G City Europe Ltd., Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for G City Ltd. (which he founded in 1982), Chief Executive Officer of Gazit Globe Israel (Development) Ltd. (which he founded in 2005), President & Director at MGN (USA), Inc., President at Gazit (1995), Inc. and President at MGN America LLC (which are all subsidiaries of Norstar Holdings, Inc.).

He is also Member of International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc., Member of National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc., Member of The Real Estate Roundtable, Member of Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate and Honorary President at Larger Than Life and on the board of 9 other companies.

In his past career Mr. Katzman was Executive Chairman of Equity One, Inc. (he founded the company in 1992), Non-Executive Chairman of First Capital Realty, Inc., Executive Chairman at ProMed Properties, Inc. and Vice President-Mergers & Acquisitions at Gazit Group USA, Inc.
