Mr. Seams previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Deca Technologies, Inc. and Executive Vice President-Sales & Marketing at Cypress Semiconductor Corp.

Christopher A. Seams received an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a graduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
