Presently, Clark T. Randt holds the position of President at Randt & Co. LLC. Mr. Randt is also on the board of Wynn Resorts Ltd., The UPS Store, Inc. and Yale-NUS College and Member of Council on Foreign Relations, Inc., Member of New York State Bar Association and Member of Hong Kong Bar Association.

In the past Mr. Randt held the position of Partner at Shearman & Sterling LLP (Hong Kong) and Governor & Vice President at The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

He received an undergraduate degree from Yale University, a graduate degree from The University of Michigan Law School and a graduate degree from the University of Michigan.
