Presently, Damien de la Fayolle is Financial Controller of TotalEnergies SE and Head-Financial Control at Total Sénégal SA (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies SE).

He is also on the board of Total Petroleum Ghana Ltd. and Total Côte d'Ivoire SA and Head-Financial Control at Total Sénégal SA.

He previously occupied the position of Head-Financial Control Department at Total Marketing & Services, Inc., Financial Controller at Totalenergies Marketing South Africa Pty Ltd. and Financial Controller for Total Fluides SAS.
