David K. Adkins founded Apto Labs, Inc. Presently, he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer & Director at Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (Wisconsin), President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Blackhawk Bank (Beloit, Wisconsin) (a subsidiary of Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (Wisconsin)) and Treasurer & Director at The Belvidere Family YMCA. Mr. Adkins is also on the board of Catholic Foundation for the People of the Diocese of Rockford and Member of Cosmopolitan Clubs, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, an undergraduate degree from Truman State University and an undergraduate degree from Graduate School of Banking At University of Wisconsin-Madison.
