David Li Lee founded Level 3 GC Ltd., Kailai Investments Co., Ltd. and Clarity Partners. Presently, he is Chairman for The J. Paul Getty Trust and Managing General Partner at Clarity Partners, Partner at Kailai Investments Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Clarity Partners). Dr. Lee is also on the board of California Institute of Technology, Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Gefen Landa Acquisition Corp. and Partner at Kailai Investments Co., Ltd. and Advisor at 5G Edge Acquisition Corp.

Dr. Lee previously was Managing Director at Pacific Capital Group, Inc., Co-Chairman for Opnext, Inc., President, Chief Operating Officer & Director at Level 3 GC Ltd., Group Vice President-Finance & Acquisitions at TRW Information Systems Group and Principal at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Dr. Lee received an undergraduate degree from McGill University and a doctorate from California Institute of Technology.
