Ms. Whittaker is also on the board of Sierra Metals, Inc. and The Badminton & Racquet Club of Toronto and Member of Ontario Bar Association, Member of Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada and Partner at Norton Rose Canada LLP.

In her past career Ms. Whittaker was Partner at McCarthy Tétrault LLP ( Canada), Director at Detour Gold Corp., Senior Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP and Member-Issues Committee at Canadian Investor Relations Institute.

Ms. Whittaker received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
