In his past career he held the position of Head-Organizational Planning at Vyksa Smelter JSC, Director-Human Resources for Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant PJSC and Head-Organizational Design at EVRAZ North America Plc.

Mr. Razumov received an undergraduate degree from Saint-Petersburg Mining University and an undergraduate degree from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics.
