Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) is a United Arab Emirates-based Sovereign Wealth Fund which was established by the Government of Abu Dhabi on the directions of H.H. Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan in 1971 to reduce poverty, promote social equality and sustainable growth in developing countries and participate in the equitable distribution of world resources. Formerly known as the Abu Dhabi Fund for Arab Economic Development, the Fund aims to provide economic assistance to Arab, African, Asian and other countries to support their economic development in the form of concessional loans, grants or contributions to the capitals of their projects. In addition, they supervise the management of the loans and grants provided by the Abu Dhabi Government. ADFD seeks to finance projects that boost development and improvement of new sectors and infrastructure such as electricity, water, transportation, telecommunications, healthcare, agriculture and education. The Fund is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and has a strategic partnership with Al-Hilal Bank to support projects and exchange technical expertise.

Abu Dhabi Investment Council (Investment Management) (Abu Dhabi Investment Council-IM) is the investment management division of the Government of Abu Dhabi's Abu Dhabi Investment Council in UAE. Founded in 2007, Abu Dhabi Investment Council-IM is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and is responsible for investing part of the government's surplus financial resources through a globally diversified investment strategy, targeting positive capital returns through a portfolio of highly diversified asset classes and active investment management strategies.

ABIC-IC is responsible for investing part of the government’s surplus financial resources through a globally diversified investment strategy, targeting positive capital returns through an expansive portfolio of highly diversified asset classes and active investment management strategies.

Abu Dhabi Investment Council (ADIC) is a United Arab Emirates-based Sovereign Wealth Fund which was established in 1976 as the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. A wholly-owned agency of the Government of Abu Dhabi, the firm became the Abu Dhabi Investment Council in 2006 when President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued Law No. 16. Based in Abu Dhabi, the Council is headed by the Ruler of Abu Dhabi and invests the government's oil revenues inside and outside the country and manages their worldwide assets. The Council plays a key role in coordinating and observing the investments made by state-owned enterprises and holding firms. ADIC is considered one of the largest institutional investors in the world and holds stakes in two large state-owned banks, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Their sister fund is the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC (Investment Management) (ADCB-IM) is the investment management division of the Government of Abu Dhabi's Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (AD: ADCB). The firm was founded in 1985 following the merger of Khalij Commercial Bank, Emirates Commercial Bank and Federal Commercial Bank. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, ADCB-IM provides a variety of wealth management solutions.
