Fahad Abdullah Al-Khalifa occupies the position of Group Chief Executive Officer for Masraf Al-Rayan QSC and Group Chief Executive Officer of AKCB Finance Ltd. (a subsidiary of Masraf Al-Rayan QSC).

He is also on the board of Al Rayan Bank Plc.

In the past he occupied the position of Group Chief Executive Officer at Al Khalij Commercial Bank QSC and Treasurer & GM-Corporate & Institution Banking at Qatar National Bank QPSC.

He received an undergraduate degree from Seattle University.
