Currently, Hélène Vletter-van Dort is Chairman-Supervisory Board at Intertrust Group BV and Chairman-Supervisory Board for Intertrust NV.

She is also on the board of NN Group NV, Barclays International, Nederlandse Publieke Omroep and Netherlands Public Broadcasting and Chairman for Stichting Luchtmans, Professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Professor at the University of Groningen, Professor at Erasmus School of Law and Chairman-Appeal Panel at Single Resolution Board.

Dr. Vletter-van Dort previously was Non-Executive Chairman of European FinTech IPO Co. 1 BV and Professor at New York University.

She received a graduate degree from the University of Leiden and a doctorate from the University of Utrecht.
