Presently, James Frederic Clark is Partner, Analyst & Head of ESG Committee at Sound Shore Management, Inc.

He is also on the board of Blackstone Secured Lending Fund and Blackstone Private Credit Fund.

In the past Mr. Clark was Vice President for Schneider Electric SE, Principal at CSFB Private Equity Partners LLC and Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston USA, Inc.

Mr. Clark received an undergraduate degree from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
