She previously held the position of Chief Executive-Corporate Services at Fletcher Building Ltd., Director-People & Communications at Bank of New Zealand Ltd. and General Manager-Corporate Affairs & People at Coca-Cola Amatil (N.Z.) Ltd.

Ms. Daly received an undergraduate degree from Auckland University.
