Presently, Kwan-Yuen Leung is Director & Founding Member at BPA (Services) Ltd.

He is also Member of The Greater Pearl River Delta Business Council, Member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong, Member of The Textile Institute and Member of Clothing & Footwear Institute and on the board of 5 other companies.

In the past he held the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Sun Hing Knitting Factory, Ltd., Chairman for Hong Kong Productivity Council, Chairman for Vocational Training Council, Council Member at Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Member of Competition Commission (Hong Kong).

Mr. Leung received an undergraduate degree from the University of Leeds.
