Mr. Pastor is also on the board of Chamber of Commerce of The United States of America, CVR Refining GP LLC and Federal-Mogul Motorparts LLC and Member of The Economic Club of New York.

In his past career Mr. Pastor was Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Deputy General Counsel at Icahn Enterprises LP.

He received an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and a graduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania Law School.
