Martha E. Pollack is on the board of International Business Machines Corp. and Ithaka Harbors, Inc. and President & Professor at Cornell University.

In the past Dr. Pollack was President for Association For The Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, Member-Technical Staff at SRI International and Dean at the University of Michigan.

She received an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and a graduate degree and a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
