Presently, Mary-Jane Daly occupies the position of Chairman for Earthquake Commission. Ms. Daly is also on the board of 6 other companies.

Ms. Daly previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer for IAG New Zealand Ltd. and Executive General Manager at State Insurance Ltd.

Ms. Daly received an undergraduate degree from the University of Canterbury and an MBA from Bayes Business School.
