Mr. Patrick Michielsen is a Founding Partner at Merodis SPRL.

He is on the Board of Directors at Miko NV.

Before founding Merodis, Mr. Michielsen worked for more than 5 years for the Private Equity Department of Fortis where he first developed their Fund of Funds business and then focused on mezzanine and direct investments.

He began his career in corporate finance at Fortis before spending five years as an Equity Analyst at both Fortis and ING Barings.

He holds a Commercial Engineering degree from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium and received an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business of Duke University.
