He is also on the board of Matt Brewing Co., Inc.

He previously occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Constellium SE, Managing Partner at Tumpline Capital LLC and Managing Director at First Boston, Inc.

Mr. Matt received a graduate degree from Amherst College.
