Presently, Phillip W. Thomas is Chief Accounting Officer, VP & Controller for Tyson Foods, Inc.

In the past Mr. Thomas held the position of Senior Vice President of Advantage Capital Partners, Corporate Attorney at General American Life Insurance Co. and Tax Attorney at Ernst & Young LLP.

He received an undergraduate degree from Eastern Illinois University and a graduate degree from St. Louis University.
