Mr. Berens also served as the President of The Society for Preservation of Long Island Antiquities, President of the Board of Trustees of Green Vale School, and Head of the Upstairs Traders Advisory Committee for the New York Stock Exchange.
He received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.
