Ruggero Magnoni is an Italian businessperson who founded The Lehman Brothers Foundation Europe and who has been at the head of 5 different companies. Currently, he occupies the position of Chairman for Spumador SpA, Chairman at Fondazione Giuliano e Maria Carmen Magnoni ONLUS, Chairman for M&M Capital Ltd. and Advisory Council at Trilantic Capital Partners LLP.
He is also Chairman at Fondazione Laureus Sport for Good Italia ONLUS, General Partner of Compagnie Financière Rupert SA and General Partner of Compagnie Financière Rupert SCA and on the board of 16 other companies.
In his past career he was Chairman of Lehman Brothers International (Europe), Vice Chairman & Head-European Private Equity at Lehman Brothers, Inc., Chairman-EMEA Investment Banking Division at Nomura International Plc and Member-Overseers Board at Reinet Investments SCA.
He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Bocconi and an MBA from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York.
