Sami Farid Haddad is on the board of Orascom Construction Plc and Vitas Lebanon. In the past he held the position of Chairman of Inventis Corp., Chief Executive Officer for Banque de Credit National SAL, Director-MENA Region at International Finance Corp. and General Manager for Byblos Bank SAL Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Byblos Invest Bank SAL, Chairman, President & General Manager at Adonis Insurance & Reinsurance Co. SAL and Manager & Head-Commercial Banking at Byblos Bank Europe NV (which are all subsidiaries of Byblos Bank SAL).

He received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from American University of Beirut.
