Sang-Seung Lee is on the board of Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. and Samsung C&T Corp. and Professor at Seoul National University of Science & Technology.

He previously held the position of Chairman of Korean Association For Organizational Studies and Member of National Economic Advisory Council (Korea).

He received an undergraduate degree from Seoul National University and a doctorate from Harvard University.
