Presently, Shi Chen holds the position of Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Good Resources Holdings Ltd. and President at Hong Kong Kangrui Investment Co. Ltd. Dr. Chen is also on the board of Mountain China Resorts (Holding) Ltd., Sunshine Partners Financial Holdings Ltd. and Shunfeng International Clean Energy Ltd.

Shi Chen previously held the position of Deputy General Manager of Yat Chau Holdings Ltd., Deputy General Manager at Cityford Dyeing & Printing Industrial Ltd. and President at Caricom Ltd.

Dr. Chen received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from Wuhan University and a doctorate from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
