Mr. Khemka is also Chairman for Aikido Aikikai Foundation of India, Executive Chairman at The Global Education & Leadership Foundation, Member of Women Presidents' Organization, Member-Board of Overseers at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Member of Brookings India, Member-Global Agenda Council on Education at World Economic Forum (India) and Member-Founders Council at Moscow School of Management Skolkovo and on the board of 8 other companies.

In his past career Mr. Khemka was Member-President's Council at Brown University and Member-President's Council at Yale University.

Shiv Vikram Khemka received a graduate degree and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from Eton College.
