Sing Yip Ng is Chairman-Supervisory Board at HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. Mr. Ng is also on the board of Hang Seng Bank Ltd., HSBC Bank Australia Ltd. and Ping An Insurance (Group) Co. of China Ltd. and Member of Hku Faculty of Law.

In the past Mr. Ng held the position of Member of Law Society of Hong Kong, General Counsel-Asia Pacific at The HongKong & Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and General Counsel-Asia Pacific at The HongKong & Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. (Shanghai Branch).

He received a graduate degree from Peking University and a graduate degree from the University of London.
