Stefan Yee founded PE Group NV and Shaping Impact Group NV. Currently, he occupies the position of Chairman for Hyloris Pharmaceuticals SA, Chairman for Unifiedpost Group SA and Chief Executive Officer at PE Group NV.

He is also on the board of 20 other companies.

In the past Stefan Yee held the position of Investment Committee Member at Shaping Impact Group NV.

Mr. Yee received a graduate degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, an MBA from Solvay Business School of Economics & Management and a graduate degree from The University of Chicago Law School.
