Currently, Steven M. Chapman is Chairman of Cummins India Ltd. Mr. Chapman is also on the board of Carthage College, Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. and Zao Cummins Kama.

In the past he occupied the position of Group Vice President-China & Russia at Cummins, Inc. and Vice President-Emerging Markets & Businesses at Cummins Westport, Inc.

Mr. Chapman received an undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and a graduate degree from Yale School of Management.
