Thembalihle Hixonia Nyasulu founded Ayavuna Women's Investments Pty Ltd. and TH Nyasulu & Associates. Currently, Ms. Nyasulu occupies the position of Executive Chairman of Ayavuna Women's Investments Pty Ltd. and Chairman for The Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund.

She is also on the board of Anglo American Plc, Sasol Oil (Pty) Ltd., Tshwarisano LFB Investments Pty Ltd. and Vivo Energy Plc.

In her past career Ms. Nyasulu held the position of Non-Executive Chairman of Sasol Ltd. and Chairman for Ithala Development Finance Corp. Ltd.

Ms. Nyasulu received an undergraduate degree from the University of Zululand.
