Currently, Wendy Hamilton is Chief Human Resources Officer & Senior VP at Penn National Gaming, Inc. Ms. Hamilton is also on the board of Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and The Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corp.

In the past Ms. Hamilton held the position of General Manager at Parx Casino & Racing, General Manager of SugarHouse HSP Gaming LP and Chief Guest Experience Officer at Zoo Safari Monorails Corp.

She received an undergraduate degree from Duke University and an MBA from St. Joseph's University.
