In her past career Ms. Ye held the position of Director-Information Technology at Sinolink Securities Co., Ltd., Manager-Information Technology at OSRAM (Foshan) Lighting Co., Ltd., Of Counsel at Shanghai Jia Chuang Run Hua Law Office and Manager-Information Technology at Shenzhen Donnelley Printing Co. Ltd.

Fang Ye received an undergraduate degree and a doctorate from East China University of Political Science & Law, a graduate degree from Tsinghua University, a graduate degree from the University of Hawai'i at Hilo and a graduate degree from William S. Richardson School of Law.
