Rong Lu founded Doll Capital Management, Inc. (Beijing) and Atypical Ventures (CN). Currently, she holds the position of General Partner at Doll Capital Management, Inc. and General Partner at Doll Capital Management, Inc. (Beijing) (a subsidiary of Doll Capital Management, Inc.).

She is also on the board of Unilever Plc, Volvo Car AB, Uxin Ltd. and Yum China Holdings, Inc.

In her past career Ms. Lu was VP-Technology, Media & Telecommunications at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Vice President of Goldman Sachs Asset Management LP.

Ms. Lu received an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and a graduate degree from The Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
