He is also on the board of Kerry Logistics (Hong Kong) Ltd., Kerry Development (China) Ltd. and Zhongsheng Group Holdings Ltd. and Group Vice President at Shangri-La Asia Ltd.

He previously held the position of General Manager at Zhongshan City Tourism Group Co., Executive Director at Kerry Properties Ltd. and Vice President-Development at Shangri-La Asia Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from South China Normal University.
