Presently, Wilhelmus Hendrix holds the position of Chairman of XIX-Invest NV. Mr. Hendrix is also on the board of Deceuninck NV and Capricorn Sustainable Chemistry Fund NV.

In the past Mr. Hendrix occupied the position of Investment Advisor at Corelio Business Development.

Mr. Hendrix received a graduate degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a graduate degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
