Andrea is a Principal in H.I.G.
Capital's Milan office, where he focuses on LBO and growth equity investments across a range of industries.
Andrea has responsibility for all aspects of the investment process, and sits on the board of several H.I.G.
portfolio companies.
Prior to joining H.I.G.
Capital, Andrea worked at Boston Consulting Group, with a specific focus on the Industrial goods sector, working on profitability and growth projects.
Andrea also worked in the corporate finance department of PwC, focusing on M&A transactions in the mid-sized Italian market.
Andrea graduated in Economics and Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan
