Austin McClintock

Austin McClintock is Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at Lincoln Peak Capital.
Mr. McClintock has over 30 years of financial services experience and has successfully built and managed the infrastructure and operations teams for several multi-billion dollar asset management firms which managed hedge funds, private credit, and registered mutual funds.
He has broad expertise across a wide range of essential areas, including accounting, finance, operations, legal, compliance, information technology, marketing, investor relations, and human resources.
Prior to joining Lincoln Peak in 2024, Mr. McClintock was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Callodine Group, an asset management platform.
During his tenure with the firm, Callodine executed multiple transactions to acquire controlling stakes in affiliated asset managers, growing to over $20 billion in assets under management and more than 300 employees across its affiliated business groups.
Previously, Mr. McClintock was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Clough Capital Partners and North Run Capital, LP, and before that was the Chief Operating Officer and a founder of IBEX Capital Markets, Inc. He began his career at PwC.
Mr. McClintock received his BS from Cornell University.
