Brian Zeitlin

Mr. Brian S.
Zeitlin is a Senior Managing Partner at The GreensLedge Group LLC and a Managing Director at Greensledge Capital Markets LLC.
Prior to forming GreensLedge, he was associated with J.P.
Morgan for more than three years as a Managing Director and head of the 160 person Global Structured Credit business.
He started his career at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in 1989 focused on the high yield marketplace including the execution of several of the early high yield bond CBOs.
He joined the investment management business at Bankers Trust Company in 1993 as part of a new fixed income effort focused on the high yield and emerging markets.
He oversaw U.S.
credit research in addition to raising and managing the firm’s first high yield CBO.
In 1996, he moved to the Investment Bank to launch a new CDO banking effort.
After Bankers Trust was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 1999, he ran the Global CDO Group until leaving for J.P.
Morgan in 2004.
He was responsible for client management, product development, origination, execution, risk management and marketing for the Global Structured Credit business.
His product focus included client advisory services, CLOs, CDOs, Credit Opportunity Funds and a wide variety of alternative asset fund products.
He holds a B.S.
degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.
