Deborah S. Bayle

Deborah S.
Bayle is currently the Chief Executive Officer at DSB Consulting, LLC.
She also holds the position of Director at St. Mark's Hospital, the National Association of Corporate Directors (Utah), the United Way Retirees Association, and The International Women's Forum.
Additionally, she is a Member of the Women’s Leadership Council, a Trustee of the Mark & Kathie Miller Foundation, and the Secretary & Treasurer of The Utah Golf Foundation.
Ms. Bayle's former positions include being the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at United Way of Salt Lake from 2012 to 2015.
She was also the Chief Executive Officer-Greater Salt Lake Chapter at the American Red Cross, Inc. from 1996 to 1999.
Furthermore, she served as the Chairman of the Utah Nonprofits Association and as a Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from 2003 to 2008.
She was an Independent Director at Altabancorp from 2014 to 2021 and a Director at Altabank.
Ms. Bayle was also a Member of the Executive Council at United Way Worldwide.
Prior to these roles, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce from 1976 to 1996.
