Gail A. Flesher

Gail A. Flesher has been a Partner of the Corporate Department for Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP since 1996.
Ms. Flesher joined Davis Polk in 1988.
Previously, she was a Member of the Membership Committee from 1998 to 2001, the Environmental Law Committee from 1995 to 1998, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Bar Association, and the Hastings Law Journal.
She was a Member of the Board of Trustees for the NALP Foundation for Law Career Research and Education from 1998 to 2003 and Chairman from 2000 to 2002.
Ms. Flesher was a Member and Chairman of Vehicles, Inc. from 1994 to 2000.
She was a Director of Environmental Law and Practice from 1990 to 1994.
Ms. Flesher received a degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and a JD from Hastings College of the Law in 1988.
