Argyros is the founder of Westar Capital LLC, which was founded in 1987.
He is currently the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Arnel & Affiliates, Chairman of Argyros Family Foundation, Trustee of Center for Strategic & International Studies, Inc., Trustee of Argyros Family Trust, Trustee of Lenore Trigonis Trust, and Trustee of Selia Poulos Trust.
He has formerly held positions as President & Chief Executive Officer of Arnel Development Co., Director of The First American Corp.
(California), Director of SS&C GIDS, Inc., Director of Doskocil Manufacturing Co., Inc., Director of Pacific Mercantile Bancorp, Director of Rockwell International Corp., Director of Newhall Land & Farming Co., Director of Pacific Mercantile Bank (California), Independent Director of First American Financial Corp., and Owner of The Baseball Club of Seattle LLLP.
He received his undergraduate degree from Chapman University in 1959.
