Grace Coletta

Grace plays a multitude of roles central to the team’s smooth and efficient operations, working closely with the investment team and leading all non-investment activities.
Experienced in fast-paced environments, Grace oversees the firm’s legal, finance, HR, and marketing operations.
She also oversees founder onboarding, DEI, and community engagement for the R7 portfolio.
Before joining R7, Grace helped ensure hundreds of team members were set up for success at R1 RCM, where she facilitated multi-day change management training sessions and developed internal communications across departments and executive teams.
Prior to R1 RCM, Grace joined Outcome Health in 2015 where she designed, built and implemented the first Diversity & Inclusion initiative to retain female talent, foster an inclusive work environment, develop future leaders, and increase employee engagement.
Grace is currently the Co-Chair of the Ignite Associate Board, an organization dedicated to helping youth experiencing homelessness in Chicago.
