Jeannette Lye

Ms. Jeannette Lye is a Research Associate at The Conference Board of Canada.
She joined The Conference Board of Canada in February 2012.
Ms. Lye was previously employed as a Principal at Dalhousie University.
She also served as a research consultant for the Nova Scotia Population Committee, a group dedicated to developing strategies for rural repopulation, immigration and retention.
Originally from St. John's, Newfoundland, Jeannette is the former research coordinator of the Refugee and Immigrant Advisory Council.
In this position, she led several research studies around a range of health, food security, and labour issues that affect recent immigrants, refugees, foreign workers, and international students in Newfoundland & Labrador.
Ms. Lye received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Acadia University, a graduate degree from School of Public Administration at Dalhousie University, and a Master of Science in Cultural Psychology from Brunel University.
