Dr. Talley also formerly worked at BluMetric Environmental, Inc., as Chairman from 2022 to 2023, Environmental & Energy Study Institute, as Director from 2019 to 2023, International Business Machines Corp., as Vice President from 2017 to 2020, and United States Army Reserve, as Chief of Army Reserve.
